T3 Talent is a competitive development company that works with aspiring musicians, actors and models of all ages to create a professional portfolio and help them gain the skills to compete in the entertainment industry. Our clients have been signed with J Pervis, Slamm Models, Reel Sisters Talent, Carolina Talent, Ripley Grier NYC, Bloch Models, Elite Models, Wilhelmina, Cirque de Soleil, Broadway National Tours and more.

Development includes a professional photo shoot, professional resume, online casting profiles, consultations, and submissions to major agencies, casting directors, producers and labels.

For musicians, we specialize in vocal training, stage presence, marketing and branding, EPK development and booking.

T3 Talent also offers an exclusive 16 week Young Artist Program for teens ages 13-18.  Young Artists are selected by audition February 1st and September 1st each year. 

Each Phase includes an intense program that focuses on grooming each artist to be a true musician through private vocal lessons, group rehearsals, photo shoots, music videos, professional song writes, gigs, studio tours and recording a single at a professional studio.
